Join our team as a remote Customer Service professional!

Work: 100 % remote

Salary: €18,000 - €22,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Offer prompt and efficient technical support to users, addressing both hardware and software inquiries.

  • Manage support tickets from reporting to resolution; track and document all issues and maintain updates.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems to find solutions.

  • Keep users informed about the progress and resolution of their issues with consistent communication.

  • Provide both in-person and remote support, guiding users and ensuring a positive service experience.

  • Install and update hardware and software systems; oversee IT setup for joining and departing staff.

  • Instruct users on software applications and general IT good practices.

  • Implement and adhere to security measures to protect data and system integrity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for IT or technology backgrounds.

  • Prior experience in IT support or a customer-centric role.

  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365.

  • Outstanding customer service and clear communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and Intune/Autopilot.

  • English fluency.

  • A Bachelor's degree in system science or related tech field is beneficial.

  • English, level B2.
