Salary: €18,000 - €22,000 annually, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Offer prompt and efficient technical support to users, addressing both hardware and software inquiries.
Manage support tickets from reporting to resolution; track and document all issues and maintain updates.
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems to find solutions.
Keep users informed about the progress and resolution of their issues with consistent communication.
Provide both in-person and remote support, guiding users and ensuring a positive service experience.
Install and update hardware and software systems; oversee IT setup for joining and departing staff.
Instruct users on software applications and general IT good practices.
Implement and adhere to security measures to protect data and system integrity.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for IT or technology backgrounds.
Prior experience in IT support or a customer-centric role.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365.
Outstanding customer service and clear communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, and Intune/Autopilot.
English fluency.
A Bachelor's degree in system science or related tech field is beneficial.
English, level B2.
