✓Lead and coach two Scrum teams.

✓Mentor team members and encourage professional growth.

Requirements

✓Technical education background.
✓3–5 years of Scrum Master experience.
✓Leadership experience is considered an advantage.
✓Strong communication and coaching skills.
✓Experience managing organisational change.
✓Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
✓Fluent English, written and spoken.
