Responsibilities

✓Lead and manage multidisciplinary systems and integration engineering teams.
✓Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance throughout tenders and engineering projects.
✓Develop engineering competencies and support continuous professional growth.
✓Ensure engineering activities follow established processes and quality standards.
✓Promote innovation by introducing new technologies and research initiatives.
✓Support the development and implementation of R&D programs.
✓Represent the engineering organization in customer and supplier meetings.
✓Drive collaboration across technical teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

✓University degree in a technical engineering discipline.
✓Leadership experience managing engineering teams.
✓Experience in the design and development of complex technical systems.
✓Structured and analytical mindset.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Fluent English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
