Responsibilities

✓Prepare and maintain the FORD maintenance system with accurate operational data.
✓Provide supplementary information to depots to improve troubleshooting and maintenance planning.
✓Use IT tools such as Afme and HealthHub to optimise maintenance scheduling.
✓Prevent maintenance backlogs and maximise fleet availability.
✓Ensure vehicles arrive on time for scheduled maintenance.
✓Support operational teams when managing vehicle damage.
✓Provide technical troubleshooting documentation to maintenance depots.
✓Reduce repair times and minimise unnecessary test runs.
✓Reduce the risk of consequential damage through diagnostics and prioritisation.

Requirements

✓Many years of experience in systematic maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
✓Strong planning and organisational skills.
✓Experience working with customers.
✓Knowledge of railway maintenance processes and vehicle operations.
✓Previous railway industry experience.
✓Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
✓Fluent English and Swedish.
