Production Manager

Responsibilities

  • ✓Manage daily production operations and customer deliveries at the depot.
  • ✓Define objectives and monitor operational performance.
  • ✓Lead, motivate and develop production teams.
  • ✓Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality and efficiency.
  • ✓Develop production processes aligned with business objectives.
  • ✓Ensure compliance with health, safety and railway operational standards.
  • ✓Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
  • ✓Manage departmental budgets and operational costs.
  • ✓Collaborate with trade unions and external stakeholders.
  • ✓Promote effective communication across departments.
  • ✓Contribute to strategic business and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • ✓Proven experience in a senior leadership position.
  • ✓Experience managing Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities.
  • ✓Experience in business development and change management.
  • ✓Background in production or manufacturing environments.
  • ✓Knowledge of the railway industry is considered an advantage.
  • ✓Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • ✓Fluent English and Swedish.
