We are searching for a Team Lead to join our fully remote team. You will lead software development projects, mentor developers, ensure high coding standards and collaborate with architects to build scalable applications while driving continuous technical improvement.

Responsibilities

✓Lead software development projects from planning to delivery.
✓Manage and mentor a team of software developers.
✓Oversee the development and enhancement of enterprise applications.
✓Collaborate with Technical Architects on software design and infrastructure decisions.
✓Ensure coding standards, best practices and maintainable code.
✓Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
✓Manage and prioritize technical debt alongside product roadmaps.
✓Promote software quality through code reviews, pair programming and Agile practices.
✓Support the adoption of modern engineering methodologies and continuous improvement.

Requirements

✓More than 5 years of experience in software development.
✓Previous experience leading technical teams.
✓FinTech experience is considered an advantage.
✓Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and software design.
✓Knowledge of functional programming principles is desirable.
✓Experience improving and maintaining legacy applications.
✓Strong C++, UNIX and scripting language skills.
✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✓Strong communication and leadership skills.
✓Experience with Scrum, TDD, DDD, Pair Programming and Code Reviews.
✓English level B2 or higher.
