• Lead an organization in systems and integration engineering

• Monitor progress and support the engineers in tenders and projects

• Maintain and develop the organization's engineering competencies and skills

• Ensure that activities processes

• Propose innovative solutions, develop and implement research and development programs and new technologies in tenders and projects

• Represent in customer and supplier contact

Experience Profile:

• University degree in a technical engineering field

• Structured way of thinking

• Communicative

• Leadership experience

• Experience in the design and development of technical systems

• English and Swedish in speech and writing
