Salary: €29,000 - €47,000 annually, based on experience

Role Overview:

• Steer major software development projects, overseeing applications or systems for a significant customer base.

• Guide a developer team, executing projects under their management.

• Oversee the end-to-end of software development, including enhancing and creating new applications or market gateways.

• Work in tandem with Sr Technical Architects to manage development tools for design, infrastructure, and platforms.

• Uphold coding standards and best practices, ensuring code maintainability.

• Provide technical mentorship, encouraging optimal technical solutions within the team.

• Keep a tech debt backlog in sync with the product and strategy roadmaps, and prioritize its resolution.

• Offer expertise within their specialty, whether that’s development, quality assurance, architectural design, or scrum mastery.

Main Tools and Processes:

• Embraces methodologies like Scrum, and practices like Code-Review, Pair-programming, TDD, and DDD.

• Utilizes tools like Intellij IDEA, Visual Studio, Eclipse, and systems like JDK, .NET Framework.

Experience Requirements:

• Over 5 years in software development.

• FinTech background is a plus.

• Proficient in OOP and design; familiarity with functional programming is beneficial.

• Capable of improving legacy code.

• Strong in C++, UNIX, and scripting languages.

• Sharp logical thinking and algorithmic competencies.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• A collaborative team-oriented individual.

• English, level B2.
