We are searching for a Project Installation Manager in Madrid, Spain. You will lead installation activities for railway projects, coordinating engineering deliverables, suppliers, subcontractors and field operations while ensuring quality, cost control, safety and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

✓Organise installation activities and manage the Installation Work Package (QCD).
✓Monitor project costs, schedules, risks and resource allocation.
✓Prepare engineering deliverables including installation drawings, bills of materials and method statements.
✓Support procurement activities related to installation suppliers.
✓Coordinate installation works, work permits, warehouses and subcontractors.
✓Ensure compliance with EHS and Railway Safety policies on site.
✓Monitor project KPIs and installation performance.
✓Assess subcontractor performance and follow improvement action plans.
✓Ensure installation processes are correctly applied across the project.
✓Support international projects and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

✓University degree in Engineering.
✓3–5 years of experience in railway installation or infrastructure projects.
✓Experience working with signalling projects and ADIF is considered an advantage.
✓Experience managing subcontractors.
✓Knowledge of EHS and AZDP procedures.
✓Fluent English.
✓Availability to travel.
✓Strong communication, leadership and conflict management skills.
✓Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
✓Proactive mindset with strong planning and decision-making abilities.
